Customer Success Executive

Location: Goodlands, Mauritius

The role you’ll play:

ABANA is building a B2B platform which will bring together the diverse stakeholders of the Texitle & Apparel eco-system in the Indian Ocean and Africa. Your role will be to digitally manage our member relationships in co-ordination with our Country Representatives to consistently illustrate the value delivered by our platform.

Your Main Tasks:

  • As the internal voice of the customer, you will work with the other functional teams to exceed customer expectations
  • Analyze membership profiles and their use of the platform.
  • Generate management reports with relevant analytics
  • Co-ordinate with Country Representatives on their members’ activity.
  • Propose actions to enable additional revenue generation from active members including new platform functionalities.
  • Manage members’ onboarding, expansion, retention and new product adoption.
  • Work closely with our digital marketing team for appropriate customer communication.

What you bring to the table:

  • A BA / BS in a related field of study – an MBA would be an advantage.
  • Proven and in-depth expertise in use of Excel, database or CRM tools.
  • The ability to work independently and find innovative ways to achieve objectives.
  • Self-confidence to interact and discuss with our foreign Country Representatives.
  • While this is not a digital-marketing role, familiarity with digital marketing tools and methodologies would be useful.
